I'm Ana, a movement and wellness coach based in Lisbon, working with women across the world.
There's a date you've been waiting for.
Not a real one. A felt one. The day you'll finally feel ready to book the trip, wear the dress, show up fully, take up space without apologising for it. The day your body is enough to let your life begin.
You know the condition. You've set it so many times it's become a kind of background noise. When I lose the weight. When I'm consistent. When I fix my eating. When I look the way I'm supposed to look. Then. Then I'll let myself have it.
But the date never arrives.
Because there's always another reason to wait. Another thing to fix first. Another version of yourself that would be more deserving of the life you actually want. And somewhere underneath all of it, quietly, constantly, you've been blaming your body for holding you back from your own life.
I work with high-functioning women who are exhausted by doing everything right and still feeling wrong inside their own skin. Women navigating life after burnout, after a baby, after an injury that changed their relationship with what their bodies can do, after a big life change, after a period of depression, anxiety, or stress that made their bodies feel like somewhere they stopped being able to trust. Women who look capable from the outside and feel like strangers on the inside. And women for whom there was no single crisis, just a quiet accumulation of ordinary days of high-functioning at the expense of themselves.
What we do together isn't another fitness programme. It's a return – to your body's signals, to movement that gives you energy and expression rather than sits on your to-do list like a debt you owe, to eating for nourishment without the negotiation, to knowing how to take care of yourself and come back to that care every time life makes you forget it.
The work is built around movement, training, nutrition, self-expression, and body intelligence, woven together because your body doesn't experience them separately, and neither should your coaching.
